In this study, we examined the MRI scans of eight patients with divers spinal neurosurgical problems. The evaluatins of pre-operative imaging correlated predsely with the operative findings in all of our cases. Finally, the superiority of the MRI over CT and CT-myelography and its advantages in the diagnosis and treatment-planning of neurosurgical patient is discussed.
