Two cases of vertebral arteriovenous fistula (VAF) one caused by an angiographic catheter during coronary angiography and other due to a gunshot wound are presented. Preoperative and postoperative angiographic verification of the lesions was demonstrated. Both patients were treated by direct surgical trapping of the fistula.
