This chapter explains the significance of the sagittal balance of the spine and spinal and pelvic parameters associated with sagittal balance of the spine. Herein the parameters related to spinal sagittal balance are C7 plumb line, gravity line, pelvic incidence, sacral slope, pelvic tilt and spino-sacral angle (SSA).
