Arachnoid cysts of the suprasellar region are quite rare. Precodous puberty may be one of the associated clinical findings of these lesions.

In this paper, we present a case of suprasellar arachnoid cyst presenting with precodous puberty which was treated using by combined subfrontal and transcallosal transvertricular surgery.
