Osteochondroma of the spine is a rare condition that may or may not be accompanied by neurological dysfunction. We report a case of cervical osteochondroma originating from the transverse process of the fifth cervical vertebra, and discuss the main clinical, pathological and radiological features that were observed in this patient.
